My career in becoming a cosmetician started far back in the late '80s and early '90s. I worked through high school to pay for my college education of 2 years; graduating with honors with a cosmetic business diploma specializing in makeup artistry. 

 

Throughout my training, I would gain thousands of hours in serving customers and providing my makeup artistry skills along with managing some of the bigger retail cosmetic counters. I enjoyed meeting people and speaking with them about all their cosmetic needs and wants. Through this, I gained great skills as a beauty consultant. I was in the industry for about 20 years. This all began with a love for coordinating colors in painting and then applying that from canvases to faces.
