About Me

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for reading my posts. I'm grateful to get a chance to share my thoughts and ideas with you all. My career in becoming a cosmetician started far back in the late '80s and early '90s. I worked through high school to be able to pay for my college education of 2 years; graduating with honors with a cosmetic business diploma specializing in makeup artistry.

Throughout my training, I would gain thousands of hours in serving customers and providing my makeup artistry skills along with managing some of the bigger retail cosmetic counters. I enjoyed meeting people and talking to them about all their cosmetic needs and wants. Through this, I gained great skills as a beauty consultant. I was in the industry for about 20 years. This all began with a love for coordinating colors in painting and then applying that from canvases to faces.

I believe we are all unique and what works for one person may not work for another. This allows us to enjoy our uniqueness and embrace our inner and outer beauty as they work hand in hand. I enjoy working with people and doing my best to assist them with their needs for the cosmetic industry. I decided to start a blog in reaching out to women particularly women 50 and over. I welcome all beautisome women to enjoy this blog to join in the fun of a beautisome world.
